Prospect Park South is another beautiful neighborhood bordering Prospect Park. Careful planning in the early 1900’s made for an upscale neighborhood. The area features wide tree lined streets, underground utilities & large ornate single family detached homes with porches & big yards.

Like many neighborhoods around Prospect Park, Prospect Park South has quite expensive real estate. It is still somewhat more affordable than other more trendy neighboring areas like Park Slope. And it’s right nearby Park Slope for all it has to offer.

Conveniently located right across the street, the park features a lake, boathouse, walking paths, zoo, sports field & skating rink. Concerts, art shows & other events occur regularly. Knickerbocker Field Club is an additional facility within Prospect Park South featuring tennis courts & a clubhouse.

Along with the many neighborhood amenities of Prospect Park South there is also convenient subway access to Manhattan.
